The Moso Vanuatu’s Bistro & Bar is open to guests for breakfast, lunch, sundowners and dinner (Day guests see below).
Our menu draws inspiration from local culture and Vanuatu’s abundant seasonal produce grown on our property and within Vanuatu. We embrace diversity, balance, and simplicity in flavour and composition.
Please dine in and experience our exceptional food, friendly service and relaxed atmosphere or sip your way through our exotic yet modern cocktail menu while gazing out at the Namoso passage – the choice is yours – we are sure you won’t be disappointed.
Our bistro caters to all in-house guests’ dining and refreshment requirements. Breakfast in bed, wine & cheeseboard in your villa or an ice-bucket of beers by the pool, can all be easily organised through our F&B team.
Our beverage list covers nearly everything you might need for any occasion and therefore our bistro is not BYO. If there is something special you would like arranged please let us know when you book.
For those special memories, we can also arrange a romantic dinner for two by a fire on the shoreline or a set-menu with a firework display on the beach for your group.
Day guests are welcome between 10am and 5pm daily.
Bookings are absolutely essential and a day pass to Moso is VT2,000 per person. This includes boat transfers from Moso landing, use of non-motorised water sports, sun lounge, towel and access to the entire island.
Children under 16 are welcome strictly between these hours only.

GROUP BISTRO BOOKINGS
We can provide customised packages for groups up to 28 comfortably seated at our large ‘family’ table, and up to 40 seated on our 4-seater tables on the beach. A cast of 100+? Easy, standing between the beach and bistro – let us know your vision and requirements and we can provide the package for you.

In-house guests can enjoy our stunning view and cool breeze for breakfast (7am-10am), consisting of pastries, poached eggs & bacon or pancakes w/ coconut sauce – prices ranging from VT1000-2000.
Lunch: In-house and Day Guests: 12pm to 3pm daily.
Dinner: In-house Guests: 6pm-9pm.
We have a selection of 3 entrees, 3 mains and 3 desserts each day, priding ourselves on providing the freshest of in season local produce.
While we always maintain a few favourites, our chef’s ability to design a repast to delight the senses is second to none in Vanuatu.
Prices range from VT1,600 for Entree, VT 2,600 for main and VT1,100 for dessert.
Salt & Pepper Calamari, Yellowfin Tuna Tartare and Pork Belly w/ Watermelon Rind Salsa are some of our best known dishes, as well as Lobster in Garlic & Pepper w/ Coconut Salad, Grilled Poulet Fish w/ Chermoula & Paw Paw Salad and Rib-eye w/ Red Wine Jus.
Groups are our specialty and we can cater to any event or theme. From 28 comfortably seated at our large ‘family’ table to 40 seated on our 4-seater tables on the beach, or a cast of 100+ standing between the beach and bistro. Our bar is open til late and has a stunning view over Havannah Harbour. Tusker VT500, House White, Red or Sparkling VT700 by the glass glass or VT3200 by the bottle. We pride ourselves on our exotic yet modern cocktail menu featuring our Ginger Rogers and a Lemongrass Cocktail for VT1400.
Picnic lunches can be arranged for your boat or fishing tours around the island with an esky of bubbles and beers. We include cold water and something sweet for VT8500/for 2 people – alcohol consumed and boat hire fee additional.
